Abstract

This research uses a descriptive documentary approach, analyzing secondary sources to demonstrate the main problem. The central objective was to expose the various acts of corruption suffered by adolescents in conflict with the criminal law of the Comprehensive Specialized Criminal Justice System in Mexico, since these acts do not guarantee comprehensive development in light of the Best Interests of Children. The main results obtained are: 174 victims of acts of corruption, and 46.5% reported having made a payment during their visit to receive food.
